Do you loveeee sushi? I do! I love making my own sushi too because it's inexpensive, you could put anything and what do you like in it, and it's so easy! All you need is a sushi roller or mat (I'm not really sure what it's called) seaweed paper, fake crab meat, avocados, cucumbers, or whatever you love in your sushi and Asian rice!! Here is how you make it:
Get out all your needs for making the sushi
Get out your sushi mat and lay the sushi paper on it.
Spread rice all over the sushi paper
Put the ingredients in a straight line on the sushi paper
Take the sushi mat and roll until the end and tuck in tightly
Unroll the sushi mat but keep sushi in place
remove sushi from mat and cut 1/2 to 1 inch throughout the whole sushi piece
